The winners of the 2024 Graphis Design Annual have been announced, and it’s a wonderful pleasure and honor to be included among the chosen winners. Lauda Regina was created for Strange Duck Brewery, a small craft brewer, with Art Director Kristen Robertson as part of an ongoing campaign to promote this company’s unexpected & unique qualities for in-store, online, packaging, merchandising, and advertising. The JK. Rowling portrait is a self-promotion piece to celebrate her highly acclaimed Harry Potter series. It’s also a tip of the hat to the folks who included me in the process of creating the art for the merchandising of the first movie, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, over twenty years ago.
